Healthy lifestyle is body, mind and soul balance. It is not just body having no disease, pain. it is also a discipline to our body not to do unhealthy activities. Sometimes, I do unhealthy activities but I am aware of it and can stop it anytime. Besides, it is unhealthy desire in our subconscious. I am aware of it and clear it out gradually. It is gradually process to work out my body, mind and soul.
How to have Healthy Lifestyle
There are steps to live in healthy lifestyle:
- do not eat foods before sleep.
- do not lie down on the bed when you just finish your meal.
- watch TV, iPhone when you are eating.
- do not stay up at night, do not sleep when you are awake.
- do not have regular exercise, fitness, gym workouts, swimming, jogging etc every day.
- enough sleep, about 7-8 hours sleep. do not reduce your sleep hours.
- emotion up and down without control, easily get angry.
- do not smoking, drinking; do not taking drugs.
- healthy diets, less sugar, salt, meats; eat more fruits, vegetables; eat fresh whole foods rather processed foods.
- lose weight
- drink plenty of water daily
- better sex live and relationship
- Taking multiple diet supplements to cover shortage of foods
- meditating to relieve stress, clear subconscious negative thought without being loved.
