I love a healthy life every day because I don’t get pain in my body every day. I also love a wealth life every day because I don’t need to worry about the money I need to pay bills. In reality, our health condition changes everyday. Our cells die and duplicate. In two years, our bone has been replaced by new cells.
Unfortunately, Both health life and wealth life do not happen to every body in reality. When you are young and healthy, you are required to work hard to earn wealth to sustain your daily life. When you are old, you might have health issues and still work hard to earn cash. It is very rare you have both healthy and wealthy life at the retirement age.
Is there a way where I can get both a healthy and wealthy life together? I am sure you would ask the same question I asked because we all spend our whole lives getting works or income daily to sustain our family. A few people are lucky to get a great deal of fortune at a young age but the majority of people works hard and exhausts their body working full time jobs. As people become old, they might experience health issues, such as degenerative diseases. After retirement or early, they struggle with their health issues. To regain your health, you need to reset your body at first. Lose your weight is the first step. Everyone is required to maintain their weight at the normal BMI (body mass index) level. Your unhealthy diet habits will be changed during the process. Without reset your body or lose your weight, whatever you try becomes ineffective.
