Building invisible fortune – Will you invest time without getting paid
People often attend school, learn skills, get certification, find a good paid job they like. Then they can rely on it for the income for the rest of life. Whatever they do or they see because there are paid benefits behind now or in the future. It is worthy to spend time to get paid. The case also applies business men and many other cases.
Personal dream also is a kind of paid job. People are so dedicated to work hard to get paid to buy a home, to have better life, to have vacation life, to take care of family. Their focuses are on the dream they see and ignore the rest of others happening in their life.
There are also no paid jobs, such as volunteer, cleaning home, mowing lawn, exercise, cooking, recycling, helping other people, gardening, writing blogs, weight loss more whatever you like or have passionate etc.
There is no right or wrong question about the time, effort you have spent because we need to make a living.
There are not paid activities, such as taking exercise daily, selecting nutrition foods, sleeping well daily, drinking plenty water etc. Actually, you are not aware of the necessity. “No paid no do” is practical thinking. People usually do not think health is important till it stops functioning or you feel pain or it gives you headache. Those no paid activities are invisible fortune if you value them. If you don’t take care of your body or ignore it, it will cause your trouble you will never forget.
Life is a blessing from God. It is our first fortune. We need to cherish and understand it. It just likes to manage our bank accounts. We need to let income and debit balance. The more you learn the knowledge to maintain or prevent and implement them every day, the less likely you have to suffer on it.
There are many things you can invest on your health. For example, you buy fresh foods, not processed foods and cook them healthy rather than eating fast foods all the times. You choose low GI foods rather than high GI foods. You eat more vegetables, fruits rather than meats etc. (high ketone foods is exception) You go to gym every day to exercise cardio, weight lifting, dancing, church activities rather than playing video games, watching TV, playing iPhone etc. You need to learn some nutrition knowledge to know what your body needs, what foods you eat can provide good health.
If you value health as fortune, you’ll respect it and do no paid job to help to maintain health voluntary. You may not see the fortune on the table but it definitely cost you less pain, incovenient. Wish you eat nutrition foods, exercise daily, relieve stress, sleep well, healthy every day.
