Technologies give us benefits. We drive a car or take buses to work. We take an elevator to reach high rise building rather than walk stairs. When excavating, We use a bulldoze. We use tools or equipment to help us. We love to have the benefits.
Our body becomes weak as we enjoy the benefit of technologies. We don’t need to work out in our daily life. It contradicts the nature of cultivating our body. We look good but we are in fact tangible.
As a human, we love the life style we have. We still grow and look no difference.
Two persons have same age, stand together. We can’t tell how strong they are. The person who has cultivated with weight lift on legs, arms and body every day is not likely to get hurt. The person who has no stiffness training every day is likely to get hurt when he/she experience impact of external forces. Reality, it might have gradually complicated small failure appearing on any parts of the body.
Every two years, our bone system will be rebuilt. Our body cells keep replicated. Old cells die and new cells regenerate. If you don’t continue to cultivate your body with any kind of weight lift exercise, you would get broken or failure when any external force impact to your body. In other words, degenerative diseases or aging would like to appear on your body.
In short period time, you can’t tell difference by cultivating or exercise every day. However, your body becomes weaker and weaker you are not aware of till one day an earthquake hits. It depends on how strong body you have built. Therefore, regular exercise or weight lifting on our body can help build sturdy to avoid aging or hurt. I hope it help you to begin your exercise every day.
