#healthlifestyle – Expose your boundary to new areas, dance class, that you have never experienced.
I usually jog everyday, then ??♀️. I have never thought of dancing. Last night, I went to two dance classes. My mind had criticized ego with my own narrow limited knowledge when attending the class.
The first class was Zumba. I reprimanded my criticized mind, spirit, ego to leave me. Be obedience to the class, to the instructor, leader. (When getting older, the stronger ego was built. ) then I followed the rhythm. One song came along another songs. A different song has different postures, rhythm. Every song was new to me. My eye was focusing on the instructor on every second to follow. I felt following behind would show me new to the class. I would not show my weakness in front other women even thought I was at back of the class.
It was a long class in an hour to follow. The teacher ? kept us busy in the hour, no break, just sipped water. I was very ? at the end.
The 2nd class, Chinese dance, I was familiar with. However, Chinese dance had more fining, complicated postures, steps. Every posture had music notes associated. I needed to count exact steps to be right. Comparing to my jogging, ??♀️ (repetitive activities), dancing ? creates more complicated postures, steps, varieties. That’s why women mind is more complicated than men, just using muscle, strength.
I have learned the things that I have never exposed. What was a ? challenge/experience for me by be obedience, humble to learn from other people. It was a positive attitude, be a follower. I think I’ll keep going to attend the dance classes to expand my boundary, experience.
Just ? dance benefits, help flexibility, weight loss, heart health, better balance, improved mood, reduce stress, anxiety, help people Parkinson’s disease. I think it provides more than that, especially enjoy ? when performing.
Next time when watching other people ? so beautiful, they have practiced many times to reach that state.
