Stretches aren’t helping lower back pain
Lower Back pain has been happening among many people. It didn’t kill us but you can feel lower back pain every day when you wake up. You know just to do stretches a little bit. The problem goes away. It comes back next day when you wake up. You might visit a doctor. It helps you a little bit relief. It comes back after a while. I just don’t know what leads to the lower back pain.
When I feel my lower back pain last for few days, I begin to try to find out how to get rid of it because it makes me uncomfortable all the time. Maybe, it lasts for few days. It disappears or it lasts for weeks, months. I don’t know what cause me like this. Our body is trying tell me there is something wrong I must change to eliminate it. I have tried stretches many times during my lower back pain. It releases my lower back pain a little bit on the day. It comes back on next day and days. How could I stop my lower back pain ? Lower Back Pain Causes
My lower back pain might have many reason to result it. I begin to find it out. At first, When I wake up in the morning, I feel my lower back pain. Then, I’ve tried to bend my waist, roll my back with a roller to sooth my pain and stretch my body anyway. It might be lack nutrition? It might be my mattress too stiff? It might be my pillow? It might be my sleeping posture? it might be my spine getting hurt?
Bad Postures Can Result In Lower Back Pain
After many weeks and days, try and error, I still could not figure out what it causes. I still suspect the problem is due to my stiff mattress. However, I slept on hardwood floor. I didn’t get lower back pain after waking up. I swapped my mattress into other direction. The problem didn’t go away. One Friday night, I watched a youTube channel about my lower back pain. It actually talked about the problem of the hip toward back too much. It causes spine bending forward too much that cause my lower back pain when sleeping. There was no support under curve spine that cause my lower back pain when I sleep on my back.
Stretches fail Advice
There are a few advice to my low pain pain problem. Due to no support on my curved spine, I should tie clothe on my waist when sleeping on my back. Another advice is that putting a pillow under my knees when sleeping on my back. It causes my curved spine become flat on the bed. Last advice is sleeping on my side. Putting a pillow between two legs. It avoids my hip from bending, which support my upper leg from falling down.
Finally, the YouTube channel also advises me to straight up my spine when sitting with a pillow support on my spine. Do not curve my head, my spine to watch a computer monitor, which cause more back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain etc. Wow, there are so much postures rules that I should follow to protect my body from back pain. I should avoid to curve my body on couch, which lead more back pain occurring.
After I have tried methods mention above, My lower back pain start going away gradually.No more lower back pain is happening in the morning when I wake up. I do stretch up but it doesn’t stretch up for my lower back pain. Besides, I practice standing upright leaning on the wall 10 minutes a day, which cause my hip, shoulder touching on the wall. It helps me my spine straight upright from shoulder forward bending. Poor posture actually cause more pain on the body I have never known ever since. If you want to get rid of lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, check your postures using spine. Most back pain problems are poor postures of spine in daily sitting, sleeping, bending head lower to watch the cell phone.
It is an example that I got my lower back pain. Then I have tried many ways to get rid of it because it makes me feel uncomfortable. Finally, I search Google and YouTube to find solution and cause. Fortunately, I practice advice from YouTube and my lower back pain goes away., not through stretching.
